Modelling since 19 has meant keeping fit has always been part of her life, she has a passion for movement and believes balance is key.
Her career has seen her appear in campaigns for Adidas, Reebok and surf brand Finisterre, compete as a finalist in Britain’s next top model, film adverts for Marks and Spencer’s and ASOS, travel to work in over 30 countries, win Miss England and compete at Miss World and is currently gracing the cover of Women’s Fitness magazine.
Her passion lies in inspiring people to integrate fitness into their lives and believes everyone should do more yoga!
Strike and Flow is a new fitness concept that Charlotte and Jamie-Ray (Women’s Health Run club coach, HIIT instructor and Martial artist) came up with after feeling there was a gap in the market. People nowadays are pushed for time and want more out of a fitness class in less time… Strike and Flow starts with a 20 minute HIIT style, Muay Thai inspired workout followed by a dynamic based yoga flow and ends with some slower stretching and gentle meditative style breathing. Jack joined Kerrang! Radio in the summer of 2014, and went on to join Radio X in 2015 as their early weekend breakfast presenter. In less than a year Jack has covered the Radio X Evening Show, weekday afternoons and The Chris Moyles Show. After deciding university wasn’t for him, Jordan joined VICE at 18 as their youngest creative before leaving in March 2016 to become a founding member of the content agency JOYRIDE, during which time he led social campaigns for Amazon, Sony Pictures, Diageo, Disney and MTV. Being passionate about millennial girl culture Sharmadean started a fanzine called WAH in 2006.
WAH Nails expanded into doing the events, shows and parties at London Fashion Week, for brands such as Nike, Marc Jacobs and Diesel, from this WAH then had a successful week-long pop up salon in Selfridges and Sharmadean was named one of the “15 people who will define the future of arts in Britain” and featured as part of the “New Generation” in Vogue magazine.
WAH Nails then held a successful salon in Topshop Oxford Circus for 4 years before closing to retain the community experience.
WAH London launched product line distributed in Boots UK selling £1.2million worth of nail products in its first year.
Sharmadean wrote the bestselling WAH Book of Nail Art in 2013.
WAH is now working on a salon of the future concept and fundraising to scale the product business globally.
Now bridging the gap between the UK and US electronic music scenes her dulcet tones can be found on Dash Radio in the US, Kiss FM in Australia and Data Transmission’s Radio Show on Pioneer DJ Radio alongside the likes of Carl Cox, Claude VonStroke, Eats Everything, Sister Bliss and Todd Terry.
