The Pavilion
At MTV Presents on Thursday 6th June, anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years.
At Club MTV on Saturday 8th June, anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years.
For our evening events at The Treasury and The Hub, you need to be aged 18 years to attend.

Daytime Events:
For our daytime events, all those under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise stated below.
For the DJ workshop at The Hub on Saturday the 8th June, you need to be aged 16 years to participate.

You may be asked to provide ID at all of our MTV Music Week events, please bring a valid passport or driving license.


For our evening events there will be no un-authorised re-entry permitted once you are inside the venue. In the case of emergencies please contact a member of the crew, a steward or member of the security team for further help and assistance.

Please keep hold of your ticket stub in case of an emergency evacuation and re-entry is required.


For our evening events you are not permitted to bring any food or drink in with you.

For our daytime events you are not permitted to bring any alcohol in with you.

Strobe Lighting

Flicker, laser, strobe lights, and other lighting effects may be used during some of the performances. Please allow yourself plenty of time to leave the area if you need to.

Daytime Events:

As daytime events are free entry, if you have secured a ticket through Helm please arrive early to guarantee entry as these events are first come, first served.
